祝贺CSCT成员陈聪的论文被International Journal of Systems Science录用

祝贺2016级CSCT成员陈聪的一篇关于带有量化信号的离散脉冲切换系统故障检测滤波器设计的论文被International Journal of Systems Science录用，这是陈聪在CSCT工作期间发表的第1篇SCI检索论文。

Congratulations to Chen Cong on her paper regarding fault detection filter design for a class of discrete-time impulsive switched systems with quantized signals has been accepted by International Journal of Systems Science, which is a CAS 3 journal. Meanwhile, this is her first SCI paper. She worked in CSCT from Sept. ,2016 to Jun. ,2019, now she is at Beijing University of Technology as a Ph. D. candidate.
