Congratulations to Ph.D. Candidate Cai Cong on his paper entitled hierarchical optimization with low-carbon economic dispatch in distribution networks has been accepted by IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering which is a CAS Tier 2 SCI journal. This is his fifth accepted SCI paper in period of working in CSCT.
